Ready, Set.... GO!

It's Friday! You know what that means!!

Wait... You might not actually...

It means, that tomorrow our "Mighty Production Minions" will be working feverishly to complete a lengthy list of "To-Do's" to push us one step closer to opening! Yahooo! I mean seriously, YAHOOO!! We can not believe that in less then two weeks, the doors will be open! Word around the house is, that if production can be completed sooner, we might just be open on the 29th!! Yes, that's right! We could be open the Sunday and Saturday before! *fingers crossed*
That gives you Minions an opportunity to donate your canned food for 2 extra days!!! Now THAT is something to YAHOOOO about!

We will keep you posted on the status of the house and will hopefully have a blog post for you on Monday with the news!

Have a Chilling weekend Minions and if you are in the neighborhood, come say HI!!

Where will you be on the 31st?

Good Morning Minions!! It's a beautifully spooky day here at The House! Preparations for this years haunt are almost complete. So complete in fact, that we have been giving mini tours/run through!

As I type this I wonder.... how many of you will be here on the 31st? How many cans of food can we collect? And who will be the first person to cry? Lol

Let's make all of those happen! Especially the crying, I mean, the can food!

Happy Thursday Minions!

Such a good cause!

As mentioned in our last post, we will now be accepting donations for the Child Crisis Center in Mesa.

"The Child Crisis Center is more than just a local charity to the people of the greater Phoenix area and Mesa, Arizona. It has been safety, encouragement, and home to over 12,000 children since it opened its doors in 1981. The Center began as a 7-bed emergency shelter for abused or neglected children and has grown into an organization that brightens thousands of futures a year." www.childcrisis.org

What an awesome opportunity we have as a community to support such a great organization. We will begin accepting donations on Saturday October 29th. There will be a box outside of "The House on Camino". Please place any canned food you have in the box. If you are planning on visiting us on the 31st the box will be available as well. Think of this as an entry fee, two cans = a good scare!

We hope to see you and your cans soon!

2010 Forest of Mystery

Here are pics from last years attraction, Forest of Mystery. Attraction goers begin their trip by a careless fortune by a mysterious gypsy woman. Wandering through the forest you find a gun wielding grannys, a cave where the walls and floors are crawling with bugs, and of course... a big, bad wolf! Will your fortune come true?

2009 flash back

Here are some pics from 2009. That year we did a haunted mansion theme. Although this was our second year, we grew leaps and bounds. We unfortunately have no photos from our first year, but trust us, its gotten MUCH better!

New!

This is The House On Camino's very first blog post!

We are so excited to finally be up and running. We will be posting pictures periodically of the progress of this year's haunt called "Nightmare Motel".

If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to email us at TheHouseOnCamino@gmail.com

Happy Hauntings!
